All deposits and withdrawals must be made using payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited and will be reversed where detected.

Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion, bonus funds credited to a player's Account must be wagered a minimum of 30 times (30x) the bonus amount before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal. All sports bets placed on deg288 — including pre-match, in-play, mix parlay (accumulator), and voor bola (Asian handicap) markets — are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport and market type. deg288 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has already commenced at the time of bet placement (unless in-play betting is explicitly offered for that event), on markets containing manifest pricing errors, or on events whose outcome has been affected by corruption or match-fixing.

deg288 shall not be liable under any circumstances for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses, even if deg288 has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This exclusion applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort, strict liability, or any other legal theory.
The deg288 Platform integrates third-party services including payment processors, game studios, and data feed providers. deg288 is not responsible for the actions, omissions, errors, or failures of any third-party service provider. Any disputes relating to third-party services should be directed to the relevant provider.
deg288 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms & Conditions, suspected fraud or money laundering, failure to complete KYC verification, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or in response to a legal or regulatory requirement.
You may close your deg288 Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Upon receipt of a valid account closure request, deg288 will process any eligible outstanding balance to your verified payment method within 3 to 5 business days, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.
An Account is considered inactive if no login or financial transaction has occurred for a period of 12 consecutive months. deg288 reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee of Rp 25.000 to inactive Accounts after this period, deducted from the available balance until the balance reaches zero, at which point the Account will be closed. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied.
